  I had an issue with car battery connector and it was stuck. Jose, without any questions just basically, remove the connector on the bad battery and install the new one for me. I was astonished his super friendly demeanor. He is amazing and deserves to be honored as excellent employee.

  - DO NOT VISIT - Visited this location on Saturday, Jan 31 @8am. Before turning into the parking lot, this crazy maniac kept honking at me trying to pass me and make the right-hand turn first. To my surprise, he parked across from me and put on a red AutoZone shirt. Upon entering the store, I asked the young man why he was driving into work that way? He proceeded to ask me "What are you going to do about it", cussed at me, and threatened. I laughed at the fact that this man was threatening me at his place of employment in front of his boss, all to go behind the counter and scream at me next to his manager. The manager did nothing to address his employees rude behavior. He stated that "there was nothing he could do since the incident happened outside of the Autozone".....which is strange considering his employee was threatening me inside of the store while wearing a red Autozone shirt..... sooooooo I left to Oreilly's Auto Parts. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND FOR EVERYONE IN THE MIRA MESA AREA TO VISIT O'REILLYS INSTEAD OF THIS AUTOZONE. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS GREAT AND YOU WON'T GET CUSSED AT BY 20 YEAR OLD EDGARS!
