  I’ve waited in line and told her what I need she checked and told me to go grab it instead of her bringing the item I need and I had to wait in line twice what a poor service

  Have come by this AutoZone a few times. And the times that I have run into Gustavo, the store manager have always been positive. He attended me with a full and positive attention last night and made me feel like I wanted to come back to this specific AutoZone whenever I need something. Awesome experience. Thank you!

  the customer service at this autozone its no the best normally at soonest you enter an autozone store you here any employee at least say how you doing or welcome to autozone anything well this autozone nobody welcome you at soonest i enter the store the girl and the guy who was in the register they both walk away and they was bumping some loud music in the back after a few minutes the girl walk into me and i ask her if i can get my battery tested she answer me back with a "sorry you have to go with the other guy back there and i was like ok so i went with the other guy who i think is the manager and i ask him the same he bring a tester and the battery reads zero he say you car have a alternator problem i i ask him if he can put my battery to charge and he say dont matter if i charge the battery you alternator dont work and i respond him with a just out it to charge please he say finee with a no good mode he print me a ticket and he say 2 hours and walk away with the battery but when he was walking away i hear he wss saying something betwween lips anyway i just ignore him and i went home what it made me mad was the actitude of both workers they offer those service so i dont see why they do t what to do it or just because he say my alternator wasnt goood what he dont know is that the battery drys out because i left my interior ligths on all nite long anyways i have a bad experience in this autozone no onky this ti.e its been a few now the personal its no friendly and is sad because i live a couple blocks from this store now i gonna star driving to the next auto parts store like 10 mins away only because i dont want to deal with this person and their actitude
