The way customers are spoken to is unprofessional, disrespectful, and at times comes across as discriminatory. Customer service should be a priority, but that is clearly not the case here. There is a lack of basic communication skills and respect toward customers. Leadership sets the tone for a store, and unfortunately, this location reflects poor management. This store is in need of major changes. I hope corporate takes a closer look at how this location is being run and works toward improving the overall customer experience.
