  If customer service matters to you, this is the place. I had driven past this shop so many times before finally reaching out for a wrap on my Rivian. When I submitted a quote request, the timing wasn’t great since the owners were on a short vacation—but what stood out immediately was that they still made the effort to follow up as soon as they were back. That kind of responsiveness already set the tone. What really sealed it for me was the initial phone call. We didn’t just talk about the wrap—we ended up having a genuine conversation about life, priorities, and expectations. It didn’t feel transactional at all. It felt like they actually cared about who they were working with, not just the job itself. That level of authenticity is rare. From that point on, everything was handled with clear communication and transparency. They walked me through options, gave honest input, and never tried to upsell or rush decisions. I always knew what to expect, and that gave me a lot of confidence throughout the process. The wrap itself turned out amazing. The matte satin finish on the Rivian looks exactly how I envisioned—clean, smooth, and extremely well executed. You can tell a lot of attention went into the prep and install because the details are on point. That said, what really sets them apart is how they treat their customers. The quality of the work is top-tier, but the experience is what makes them stand out. I’d recommend at least stopping by or giving them a call—you’ll understand pretty quickly why I went with them.

  Eddie and his team at Autoshield did an exceptional job installing Paint Protection Film (PPF) and ceramic coating on my brand-new 2026 Porsche 911 Carrera 4S (purchased January 10, 2026). I’m genuinely impressed with the outcome—everything looks flawless, precise, and professionally finished. Eddie is truly an artisan in his craft, and his attention to detail is beyond anything I’ve experienced. It’s clear he takes great pride in delivering top-tier work. From the very beginning, Eddie was attentive, patient, and thorough. He answered every question clearly and provided the guidance I needed to make a confident decision. Wrapping a new, expensive car can feel stressful, but Eddie and the Autoshield team made the entire process smooth, professional, and actually enjoyable. What really reinforces my trust in Autoshield is my long-term experience with their work. They installed PPF on my (then new) 2018 Audi S6 in January 2018, and eight years later it still looks like it was recently installed. The paint remains immaculate and hasn’t visibly aged at all.   What a remarkable group of folks from their professionalism to their amazing customer service.. My Porsche GTS couldn't be happier...and so am I. I had a bumper area that I damaged, and they were able to match a very unusual color of matte gray, did an absolutely beautiful job of preparing it? And we're more than fair in the price they charged. I'm a car guy and this. There's a business i'm keeping and my contact list forever! 100% recommend!!
