Took about 3 hours. Not very busy. Front of car and engine cover were coated in oil from wiping with a dirty rag and spills. Quoted the incorrect oil weight. We're more interested in selling other crap than doing a great job on changing oil and filter. No idea who owns or manages this store, very poorly run.
