  This honestly is the worst place to deal with. I have rented from enterprise before with no issues. This time was awful, I go in there to pick up my car like expected to find out I am not able to because I have a Debit card and not a MAJOR CREDIT CARD, again I have rented from enterprise more times than I can count and this had never been an issue. I told the kid that i needed this car and it would set back my travel plans and he could care less and was very rude. I will never use these guys again. Instead of this costing me $200 to rent a car it now cost me much more to not be able to carry on with my plans. Ridiculous.

  I just got a car from Enterprise Oct 31, 2025, it was a great experience, car was spotless and full of gas. The agent took great care of me and got me a nice car, very clean and he ask me if everything was to my satisfaction. I felt great, the service was fast and so professional. I will tell anyone if they rent a car and want to be treated with respect and great service, go to Enterprise San Clemente, to rent the car. I have a closer location I can rent a car close to my office, but I go farther away because of the service and respect I get from Enterprise San Clemente. Thanks team enterprise (San Clemente) I will be back on November 7th 🙂🙏

  Public transportation in Southern California is pitiful and nonexistent. So, in order to get from south orange county to LAX airport and vice-versa, I had to rent a car, which cost me $220.00 both ways - a ridiculously outrageous amount but still the most favorable compared to uber, lyft etc. Enterprise allowed the teturn of the car at a location other than the pickup location and that made it very convenient and possible to rent a car - not aware of any other rental company that allows this. Kudos to Enterprise!

  Their cars are often quite dirty as was the case with the Camry that I rented, but that car was unlawful to drive because there was no front license plate, and the rear license plate had no registration tags. Everything was fixed to my satisfaction, thus 5 stars
