The agent took great care of me and got me a nice car, very clean and he ask me if everything was to my satisfaction. I felt great, the service was fast and so professional. I will tell anyone if they rent a car and want to be treated with respect and great service, go to Enterprise San Clemente, to rent the car. I have a closer location I can rent a car close to my office, but I go farther away because of the service and respect I get from Enterprise San Clemente. Thanks team enterprise (San Clemente) I will be back on November 7th 🙂🙏

I won’t talk about other bad experiences but today I returned my car and the only young kid that was there “Manager” was cleaning the car for the next customer with cleaning products and all. I just want to return the car quickly and move on. Before even knowing what I want he said I’m cleaning this car so wait for me inside. I started going back but said to myself no way this is BS so went back to him and said how long will this cleaning of the next car take? And that’s when he said, is it for a return ? I said yes. He said just drop off the keys in the drop off box. Poor service all along and you can see that these kiddos don’t like their job!
