  The rudest customer service on a Saturday and I wish I could give zero stars. There was an issue with Costco and the hours that they listed we booked with Costco travel. We arrived a little after they closed (not knowing) and the woman, before we could even get out of the car; came outside, “I don’t know what you are doing here. We are closed and I can’t help you.” She proceeded to watch us and then got in her car and BLOCKED the exit because she had to close the gate instead of waiting for us to leave. I have been a consistent loyal enterprise member for over 10 years and was appalled by her behavior and comments to us. What a truly horrible experience.

  This is the second time I rented a car from this location. The first time was when I had my 2001 Ford Mustang in the shop. More recently, my car was totaled so my insurance paid for the rental while they made a determination as to the disposition of my vehicle. For my needs I thought a car on the small to mid-size was adequate, so I chose a 2025 Toyota Camry. From the time I stepped foot inside the door till the time I returned the rental 10 days later, I was treated with kindness and respect by all the staff. They made the rental process easy, the facility was clean and welcoming. I was provided with a quick overview of the Toyota Camry which is so different than my 20 plus year-old car. I was also provided with regular email and text updates on the status of the rental. When it came time to return the rental, I planned on taking an Uber since no one was available to take me to Enterprise. As I was making an Uber reservation, the manager, Helen, offered to give me a ride home. Wow. I did not expect that. I thought what a nice gesture. I want to give a shout out to Helen for her knowledge and expertise, Igor, Nathan and the young man (I cannot recall his name) that patiently showed me all the bells and whistles on the Toyota Camry. I would not hesitate to recommend Enterprise Rent-A-Car if you need to rent a car. Tip. If you are there to rent a car due to an accident, I recommend you have the location and contact information of the location where your insurance company plans on towing your vehicle. The default rental for my insurance is three to four days, so in order to avoid being billed to your personal account if the rental is extended beyond that time, you need to provide this information to Enterprise when you rent the car.
