- IBIren BooMay 17, 20245.0I want to personally thank Chris Anderson and Marco Solorio for helping me so much. I rented a truck at the Riverside location and I was picking it up right before they closed but for some reason it wasn’t there it was at San Bernardino location. I went to their location and got the truck but I forgot to see if the tailgate lights for my trailer were working. I checked and they weren’t. I called united rentals after hours and they connected me with Chris. Even though the location was closed they went out of their way to come back and switch trucks for me. I cannot explain how amazing they were. Thank you so much.
