Unfortunately, when I got there, they chose not to honor my appointment, which was really disappointing after a 50-minute drive. Not wanting to risk the drive home on old oil, I searched for whoever was still open nearby and found this Jiffy Lube — and I’m so glad I did. Chris was amazing! He greeted me with a warm smile, got me right in, and had everything taken care of in about 15–20 minutes. He went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and cared for.Matt came in toward the end and was just as friendly and professional. (I truly hope i did not mix their names up, this was a week and a half ago) They both showed so much kindness to my Lily Pad, which truly meant the world to me.Yes, it ended up costing more than I had planned, but the honesty, professionalism, and genuine compassion made it completely worth it. Huge thanks to Chris (and Matt) for turning a stressful day into a positive one — I might just make the drive all the way back here for customer service like that!

I went to Jiffy Lube close to my work because my car was feeling sluggish and he confirmed that the wrong oil was used at this location and was even low about a quart. My BMW ended up in the shop needing gaskets. When I called to tell them about their mistake, the owner was rude and yelled at me taking no responsibility for their mistake. I don't recommend taking your vehicle here.
