She knows to to attend to customers even when things are extremely busy and treats them all with care . I will continue to do business with this location as long as she is managing. Giselle is also very friendly and very hard working in fact the branch as a whole is great! Great job to Jennifer manager and her team!

She was quick, efficient and professional with an up beat attitude and got us back on the road quickly. Also, the car needed a quick little wipe down and the guy who had a line of cars stopped what he was doing to help us get back on the road. Highly recommend this enterprise.

Called the branch multiple times and was always on hold forever before just hanging up. Driving to the branch to extend my rental was quicker than trying to get someone to answer. For this, I was unsatisfied because it added to an already stressful time, costing me gas money and time on top of everything I was already paying. Also, I completed my reservation online but still had to wait over an hour when I arrived as they were trying to locate cars for everyone. I got there right as they opened to avoid this but still had to wait. Cars were in repair shop or needing to be brought from other locations. I'd say call ahead to avoid this but as mentioned above thats impossible.
