Few years ago I paid for an oil change, but within a week the oil-change light came on—and I only drive about 15 miles a day. This time , my wife unknowingly went back for another oil change, and within a week our car started having serious problems. A trusted mechanic inspected it and confirmed no oil change had been done at all. This is blatant fraud. Do not trust these people with your vehicle.

I had a check engine light, showed the codes, and was advised to complete repairs on my own if possible to save money. So nice that they gave me the option to save, and were transparent about it! At a later time, I got an honest estimate for a repair and was given clear and reasonable advice on how best to proceed - and was even given a good deal on the cost of diagnosis that was completed. I would recommend this shop 100 times over.
