My appointment was 8 AM to 12 PM. I stayed home from work but had meetings scheduled on zoom after 12 PM. They had three different technicians working on cars in my building that morning. One of the drivers even joked about why he didn’t just stay here and do all of them. Unfortunately my driver did not even show up until about 2:30 PM. Which definitely threw a wrench into my day. I am only able to give three stars because of the horrible scheduling. However, five stars to my driver and his amazing attitude! Just get your scheduling under control.

- FMF McNov 14, 20251.0This is the third time I’ve had to reschedule at the fault of this company (they broke the first replacement windshield, next day brought the wrong windshield, and then two days later cancel the job because of “rain”). This company is like the McDonald’s of the windshield world…they’ll never get your order right.
- CGC GeeNov 3, 20251.0Safelite turned the dime-sized chip in my windshield into a foot-long crack and now the whole windshield needs to be replaced. Safelite claims no responsibilty, but says they can replace it for the standard price. I'm not sure what their motivations to fix anything are if they could break it and charge you more to replace it. Cameron did say cracks happen a small percentage of the time, but as soon as the windshield cracked he canceled the appointment so they are covering up their mistakes and not even recording the percentage of times they actually cause further damage.
