I had a long chat with the owner and feel they operate their business with high standards for customer service and quality and fairness. They took time to explain everything to me and offered me several options to choose so I could find a solution that fit my needs and budget. I didn’t feel at any point that they were trying to sell me anything and I even learned some things. I highly recommend them.

- LOLaura OergelNov 24, 20252.0I read the reviews for Gleason's before I hired them in August to seal the perimeter of my RV roof and all of the roof fixtures. All the reviews seemed positive enough and I felt confident to trust their work. I paid $2,000 and upon arriving in Fort Bragg, where I was moving to, the rain started and the leaks started. Not easy to get on the roof but I then saw that the job I paid for was not done in full and the person that did the work did a very shoddy job at what they did do. Kelly was sincerely apologetic and gave me half of the money back which was my request. (I probably should have asked for more given that I see they may be put $500 into the job and I'm dealing with leaks and probably water damage from the rain) I do not understand how there was no follow through by Otis to make sure that the work promised and paid for was actually done. I certainly am not the professional and in hindsight I'm sorry I trusted them. The only reason why they're not getting zero stars is because Kelly was quick to handle this, extremely apologetic and never hesitated about the refund.
