  The customer service provided by Tom, Alma, and the entire Enterprise Truck Rental team at SNS (Salinas Airport) has been outstanding. I was able to reserve a truck from home and be on the road within an hour. Their communication was excellent as well. When the vehicle class I originally reserved became unavailable due to a delayed return, they contacted me right away, offered alternatives, and arranged accommodations that worked perfectly for both parties.. Already booking my next rental with them.

  Rented a reefer truck. The fridge went out in the middle of the night got due what seemed like lack of maintenance. All my inventory was lost. I'll probably try another company next time

  Thomas, Alma, John and Hector all provided top quality service with my truck rental. From start to finish they were polite and professional, as well as very clear with communication about the rental process. I can’t recommend this location and agency enough. The truck itself was in excellent working condition and clean. Definitely go with Enterprise truck rental in Salinas for your truck or van rental needs.
