  January 15th 2026 cards AutoZone in Salinas in viera canyon. I asked for a part they asked me what family number it was .I didn't know I told him ,I do have a VIN number he said they can't look it up in the VIN number .I said the other companies looked it up and goes well go with the other companies. this is how good your company is to refer your customers to other companies.

  I went in suspecting a bulb was not securely seated and thus unsure whether I needed to buy a new one. Employees Occhoa and Emi kindly accomodated my request to check it out, and sure enough, it wasn't. I very much appreciate customer service that involves more than merely a sale. That kind of attention garners a loyal customer. Thanks guys!

  Made a purchase requiring a part to be sent from one store to this one. The store it was coming from didn't have the part after all and instead of letting me know by phone or email, they waited until I called asking if it was there or why I hadn't got an email saying it was delivered to tell me it wasn't coming. 4 stars because every other purchase made there has been without a problem
