  While on my way to Monterey Bay Aquarium from San Jose with a car full of grandchildren the check engine light in my car came on. I located Autozone in Prunedale @17643 Vierra Canyon Rd. where Greyson used a scanner to diagnose the problem. He had the part I needed in stock and we were back on the road relatively promptly after a simple yet necessary repair at a local shop. I coudn't ask for more help or better service. Greyson is outstanding. He really saved the day! Were were greatly relieved and oh so happy! I highly recommend Autozone!

  January 15th 2026 cards AutoZone in Salinas in viera canyon. I asked for a part they asked me what family number it was .I didn't know I told him ,I do have a VIN number he said they can't look it up in the VIN number .I said the other companies looked it up and goes well go with the other companies. this is how good your company is to refer your customers to other companies.

  I went in suspecting a bulb was not securely seated and thus unsure whether I needed to buy a new one. Employees Occhoa and Emi kindly accomodated my request to check it out, and sure enough, it wasn't. I very much appreciate customer service that involves more than merely a sale. That kind of attention garners a loyal customer. Thanks guys!
