  It doesn’t clean the dirty I have to clean it by cleaning clothes after exit from car wash.

  Great wash I went there after a long time and my car came out really clean. They also offer clothes to clean your car as well as the vacuum. Definitely visit.

  I had a very disappointing experience with Tatiana. Her behavior was unprofessional, and her attitude toward others was unacceptable. She lacks basic communication etiquette and does not treat people with respect. What concerned me the most was conduct that came across as discriminatory, which is extremely serious and should not be overlooked. Someone in a managerial position should set a positive example, but unfortunately, that was not the case here. I have never written a review before, but this experience pushed me to speak up. I strongly encourage management to look into this matter and carefully evaluate the standards they expect from their employees, especially those in leadership roles.

  Generally I’ve been very pleased at this location but the experience I had on 3/24 was different. I was there the day before but the system was broken. That happens, no big deal. When I came today it was busy probably because so many people were making up for yesterday. But it was disappointing that there was were no clean towels in several of the stalls. I noticed other customers walking to other stalls looking for towels. I went into the office to let them know. There were 2 employees in there talking. It took a bit before someone came out and start to reload. Doesn’t appear to be a regular schedule of checking the dispensers. Maybe an aftermath of yesterday.

  I’ve been coming to Quick Quack Car Wash for a while now, and I feel like I need to speak up after seeing some of the recent reviews because my experience has been the complete opposite.Tatiana is genuinely one of the kindest, most hardworking people I’ve ever encountered in customer service. Every time I’ve come through, she’s been welcoming, professional, and always has a smile on her face. You can tell she truly cares about her job and the people she helps. She consistently goes out of her way to make sure customers are taken care of, and I’ve personally never had a single negative interaction with her. It’s not easy dealing with all kinds of customers every day, yet she handles it with patience and positivity. That says a lot about her character. I would absolutely recommend this location to my family and friends, and a big part of that is because of employees like Tatiana who make the experience enjoyable. She deserves recognition, not criticism.
