The staff is very unprofessional. The cashier was very rude and could not leave her phone alone. I will not becoming here again.

Not sure what their deal was, but yelling at a paying customer is wild, uncalled for, and completely unnecessary 😵💫
The cashier was so loud it turned heads across the store - someone by the coffee area literally spun around to see what was going on 😳
The showers? Not clean. And at 1:30 a.m., it’s not like there are other options . An employee had to unlock the door for me, and it doesn’t even lock from the inside… yeah, let that sink in.
And respectfully - if the company doesn’t offer mental health days, I’d suggest using your paid sick time. I genuinely hope you get the help you need 🫶🏼🙏

This Pilot is located in a plaza, and all parking costs $25 except for the first 4 hours, which are free. Each shower costs $20. My husband and I are team drivers, and we usually pay for just one shower—except here. We had to pay for two because the lady told me that at this location it’s mandatory, so we had to pay double. This is the only Pilot in the entire United States that operates this way.
I find it very inconsiderate toward us, especially since most truck stops operate thanks to us truck drivers. It doesn’t seem right that they charge so much for essential things like a shower or parking—and at such high prices.

This is a very intense intersection. I was there to use the Tesla chargers but have also been to the inside of the store for the Amazon lockers which are not that easy to find- but when you walk In the front they are straight back then down a hall that leads to the showers. Note, the intersection of El Camino and El Centro is a bit confusing. El Camino dead
Ends into El Centro. It appears like a 3 way stop
- IT is NOT. Traffic coming from your right has a 50
MPH speed limit and they DO
NOT stop when entering the intersection they simply turn left (a few go straight but there isn’t much to the left. Be careful turning left if going to the hotel or storage and make sure no cars are coming from the right cuz they won’t stop they just speed right through snd turn left. Luckily i usually tirn right (but therr is a stop sign) so its simple
But because there are so many trucks visibility is tricky.

Thanks for all the reviews, after reading these reviews I've decided not to go here. It appears to be a inhospitable business to paying customers. One of those greedy heartless spots unaccomadating to the very people sustaining their existence. Looks like this place could use a lesson in being a welcoming and trucker friendly location. Pilot usually has this type feel, but I think pilot just sales fuel but the truckstop itself is owned by others. Thanks reviewers for helping me avoid wasting my time and money.
