    I rented a truck from penske to get my things from my apartment that day or I would lose all my belongings ,we'll as I stopped to grab something to drink the truck started to act up and wouldn't work it said the truck wasn't reading it was in park , So I had to call roadside service to come out , an hour went by I had a 2 hour windows to get my things , so I tried to start truck it started so I headed to get my things , BOOM IT FAILS TO START AGAIN ANYWAYS AFTER 10 TIMES BREAKING DOWN AND STARTING whenever it wanted I ended up losing more than half of my things plus the loading ramp would not pull out so by now I am beyond angry . I call penske telling them to come get they're vehicle . 3 days later still no one has gotten truck ,I get a certified letter accussing me of stealing the vehicle. I am so angry and will never rent from Penske Truck never again. I have now contacted a Attorney for the false accusations against me and for me losing most of my belongings by the truck constantly breaking down. They did nothing for me knowing I just lost everything due to their trucks problems......They will be owning me

    They do everything they can to get a rental truck for you. I am very pleased with the truck price, the excellent customer service I recieved and fast, friendly, family friendly and warm. I will make this my regular routine stop.
