  I brought my vehicle to Volvo Sacramento for a specific issue—water leaking through the mirror during rain or car washes. I agreed to a general inspection, but the experience quickly became frustrating. After a couple of hours, I was presented with an estimate of over $11,000 + for additional repairs—most of which were unrelated to the issue I originally came in for. While I understand labor costs can add up, the pricing on parts appeared significantly higher than what’s listed through Volvo directly, which raised concerns. More concerning was the condition my car was returned in. I had thoroughly cleaned the vehicle inside and out before bringing it in, and I even took photos beforehand to document its condition. When I got it back, there were grease stains with finger prints on the headliner and seats, a trunk headliner clip had been removed and not reinstalled (it was left sitting in the trunk), and I noticed new minor scratches that were not present prior to the visit. Additionally, the multi-page inspection report I received contained numerous typos and errors, which did not inspire confidence in the quality or accuracy of the assessment. Overall, I left feeling frustrated and unable to trust the recommendations I was given. It’s difficult to justify such a large estimate when the vehicle wasn’t returned in the same condition and the attention to detail was lacking. Everyone was really nice, but the overall experience definitely has led me to get a second opinion.

  Don’t buy from here unless you want to get jerked!! They will try and add a windshield warranty for over 2k and a nonsense low jack that you don’t need for 1800 to your out the door pricing. They are an authorized dealer but state they don’t move on pricing.. huh??? Do your research. I found the same make and model with same mileage in a surrounding area for 4-5k less. Don’t be a victim!!

  They are super predatory with texts and calls DO NOT give them your phone number, they will not stop with the calls. This is accompanied by a really bad out the door price, 4 grand above what the car(s) were selling for. They don't negotiate on cars, what kind of dealership doesn't negotiate on used cars?! They have terrible parking and didn't even change the oil on a few used cars I checked out, left scratches all over despite saying it was buffed out, etc etc ... I would go somewhere else seriously.

  I was looking into getting a used car and was recommended to try out Niello Volvo off Madison Ave. It was my first car purchase, so I was nervous about choosing a reliable car within my budget. However, my sales consultant, Riley, made me feel informed and secure in my decision with his extensive knowledge of cars. He listened thoroughly to my preferences and concerns and easily helped me find my perfect car! Brian in finance was also very helpful and made the process a breeze. The whole staff was very kind and made the experience pleasant. Highly recommend looking into this location if you are looking for a new/used car!

  Loved my experience buying a 2024 Volvo cx 40 recharge. Jessica was very knowledgeable about all the features of the car. She listened to what I wanted and the whole buying process was so easy. My partner bought a Volvo at Niello Volvo in January and I came back in March to buy mine. We live in Oakland which is almost 2 hours away but completely worth the drive for this level of professionalism, courtesy and trust. I expect to be a long term customer for them from here on out.
