However, when I arrived, they suddenly told me the price was $39.99. When I explained that I was quoted $20 over the phone, no one took responsibility. They said they didn’t know who gave that price and refused to honor it, even after I showed my call history as proof. This feels very unprofessional and misleading. If you give customers a price over the phone, you should stand by it. Wasting someone’s time like this is not acceptable. I would not recommend this place based on my experience.

I arrived today shortly before 8:30 a.m. and I was out shortly before 9:00 a.m. I received my oil change and an engine clean ($20). I stood in the lobby area and watched them work through the lobby window (I love watching stuff like this). Dylan and Jose checked a few things with me regarding my car (and I appreciate receiving a printed sheet with details regarding what was checked and the status of each item). I paid and then boom, I was off to continue my morning. Quick, efficient, professional and friendly. I'd like to visit a few more times to check for consistency ~ but I think this may be my go-to location.
