I'd avoid paying by tapping a credit card here - it put a $55 charge on my card that I ended up having to call EVGo to get cleared. Either use the app or avoid these chargers :\

The worst!! I tried two chargers of the three. The first wouldn't charge after 4 attempts. That was Cindel. I moved to Lakelyn. Same problem. Won't charge and now the charger won't release.
I called the EV Go customer service number. The first two people hung up on me because they couldn't help me. They said I can't help you and hung up. Third person is just as useless. It is pouring rain today. Her solution is for me to sit around for four or five hours for the technicians to come out to release the charger. I still haven't charge my vehicle. I have to be at work, which means I'm going to have to call in. I am stuck here until they decide to help me.
Worst customer service, ineffective charging stations. Do not come here.

Complete and utter trash, card readers do not work on either of the leftmost chargers. Do not come to this location if you expect to actually receive electricity for your batteries. Leftmost reader is stuck "verifying" for 20 minutes. What a joke.

I spent about half an hour trying to charge my Nissan Ariya. It got close to starting a few times but would ultimately fail. The most frustrating thing was that my car had locked the charger in place so I kept having to go through the process of starting a new charge until randomly it would let go of the charger so I could unplug and drive away.
