- DCDennis Curry1 day ago5.0The service provided by Izzie an associate at Arden Way was outstanding Izzie the associate that checked me in exemplifies the true meaning of Customer Service. He is knowledgeable, efficient, affable and effortlessly guides you through the rental process. I had rented a month prior to this and he remembered me and greeted me warmly when I arrived. He not only took care of my needs but was also training a new associate. I can’t think of a better person to start a new person out. I used to train staff as trainers to improve customer service for UC Davis. It is rare to find someone with the natural instincts to anticipate and read a persons mood or personality. Never pushy never rushed accommodating and friendly. You have a valuable asset in Izzie use him wisely and Enterprise will be enhanced with him leading your team. I won’t rent from anywhere else I was so impressed with this young man

Every employee I interacted with was friendly and personable. I appreciated the great care they took to get me to and from the dealership and into a car with a reasonable rate for a couple of days.
