  You have found a local treasure with Radial Tire in Arden. They’ve got a family culture of staff that make you feel at home, and together, they find the best solution to fit your circumstances. I had the option to patch a tire or get a new set, and I never once felt pushed to make a decision, it was only the phenomenal pricing that kept me there making a major buyer decision supported, not forced. Thank you to all your team for keeping our community roads safe!!

  The staff here are exceptional! I had my tires replaced on my Toyota and Lexus. Highly recommend coming in to this tire shop. They have wifi but they completed the job so quickly I barely used it

  Pésimo servicio en todos los sentidos, o al menos de parte de la persona que me atendió, se llevó el vehículo para alineación necesario por cambio reciente se sus 4 llantas y el trabajo quedo mal, a tal grado de poner en riesgo la conducción en freeway (tirones y timo desajustado) se acordó hora y fecha para revisar las observaciones pero quien debería de hacerlo no estaba en el lugar, para solucionar ofrecieron agendar para el siguiente dia, pero hablamos entonces de un lugar que no es serio pues no hay responsabilidad en cumplir una cita, de mala gana quien incluso manejo el vehículo constatar qué estaba mal realizada la alineación y trato de convencerme de una y otra manera pero era mas que evidente que no estaba bien realizado el trabajo... no le quedo mas qué devolver mi dinero y muy pésimamente dijo cosas incómodas por no aceptar llevar de nuevo el vehículo al dia siguiente. Al llevar el vehículo a otro taller de alineado encontraron que efectivamente estaban mal las medidas de alineado qué habían efectuado.

  I have been going to Radial Tire for years - They are simply the best. Randy is awesome and their staff are extremely professional at what they do and they know how to do it right. Their customer service is always top level and gold standard. You can always feel that they really do care about you as a customer as there's never any sales pressure or up-selling. Their prices are definitely more than fair and their service and expertise is truly the best you'll find. Definitely a solid 5 Stars on every level for Radial Tire!

  I came here to get a tire patched after getting a nail puncture. The wait was reasonable and the cost of 30 dollars was also reasonable. Not the cheapest but maybe that’s a good thing since it’s actually held up unlike my other patched tire done by America’s Tire.
