- SSScotty1 day ago1.0No means no. I very clearly stated what I wanted when I first spoke to the attendant Charles and very clearly stated I did not want a membership or any other options. He continually tried to up-sale me. I repeatedly asked him to stop, that no means no. He repeatedly kept saying he was required as part of his job to repeatedly ask customers over and over again, even if they say no, to purchase a higher option or a monthly subscription. I told him no numerous times and that he was harassing me, but he would not stop. No means no.
