Need to move a little bit faster with members rather taking time with a new customer.

I've gone to this location about 40 times now since Quick Quack took over, of course it's just an estimate, but it's been a good amount of times. When they changed the location from Kelly's (where I also went for many years) I continued going here. Right away I noticed it was different, unfortunately not always for the best. Prices went up a bit, expected with a larger company takes over and inflation. The guys that would dry your vehicle at the end where gone, this has been a very bad move so far. My truck and our car are always wet still after we are done. Today, I paid $23 for a car wash, which is a lot. My truck was still quite wet and eventually spotty, and as you can see from the photos it was also quite dirty. I also paid extra for the tire shine which usually is great but not this time, so since this is the first time it was an issue I will consider it a fluke. The two stars off are for the overpricing, and then for the vehicle never being dry enough and then getting spotty. If they brought back the staff that would quickly dry the vehicle at the end with microfiber towels, the experience would be back to good no doubt. When I first went to the location after the ownership change, I inquired if they still had the drying staff and which the guy replied: no we don't need that since our new equipment is superior. I have shared this feedback a number of times with Quick Quack since they email for feedback, everytime they respond with the same verbiage pasted into a email but signed a different person. Not that I expect them to care what I think of course, but they ask so I respond. Oh well, it is what it is. Just my experience so far and opinion.

Paid for the $27.99 wash. Guy said it comes with wheel and tire shine. Car wash attendant sprayed only half my windshield and maybe the driver door. My car came out wet still and tires and wheels were not shiny at all. Had to dry my windshield and car with “clean” wet towels. Definitely not worth $28.
