    personally i’ve never had a good experience with quick quack car wash itself because i feel like i have to go thru multiple times just to get clean especially with the prices not feeling worth it. however i decided to go today and rachel helped me out, she explained to me how getting a membership works and her customer service was so good that i agreed to the unlimited washes with a membership, especially since it’s cheaper than paying for individual washes when i have to go thru a couple of times to get clean. thank you rachel!

    My favorite car wash by far!! Quick service and kind workers. The assistant manager Rachel was great help and the sweetest girl 🩷I love my UNLIMITED MEMBERSHIP which allows me to go through the wash as many times as I like, much better than only paying for a one time wash. Will definitely be coming back 😊

    Not my first time at a quick quack location, I’ve been here several times and every time the workers and the location is great. My favorite location to frequent (in my opinion the best one in the area.) Spacious area for vacuuming and great wash as well! I wanted to give a shoutout to Rachel! She happily helped me out today when I asked her for a wipe. I applaud Rachel and Efren for working in such cold conditions keeping a smile on their faces!!!

    Have had many excellent experiences at this Quick Quack. The customer service is consistent every time despite always going in for multiple washes. One of their employees Rachel is always greeting me when I pull up to the drive up and makes me feel welcomed. I understand why this locations team seems to be overtop every time I arrive, no question. I have recommended this car wash to all my family and friends and now both my parents have memberships here just like me.

    I recently visited the Quick Quack Car Wash in Elk Grove and left extremely disappointed with both the service and customer experience. My car had bird droppings that needed to be removed, so I went through the wash three times hoping to get it cleaned properly. Despite multiple attempts, the wash didn’t seem to be scrubbing effectively enough to remove the residue. On top of that, some of the dryers weren’t functioning correctly, leaving my car still wet in spots. What made this experience even more frustrating was my interaction with Rachel. Rather than apologizing for the equipment issues or offering any kind of solution, she simply told me that this would be the last time she would let me come back through the wash. No accountability, no empathy, just a dismissive response when I was simply trying to get what I paid for, a clean car. I expect better from a company that promotes unlimited washes and customer satisfaction. If your equipment isn’t working properly, the least your staff can do is acknowledge the issue and treat customers with basic respect. I hope management addresses both the maintenance concerns and the customer service standards at this location.
