After the wash which was minutes long....my car was still completely wet even though the service was advertised to include a dry. I pulled over to get a closer look at the water on the car and realized the entire car was still dirty...like it hadn't been washed with the cloth brushes at all. I drive back around to the entrance and the attendant waved me through (? If she knew the wah quality was poor on a regular basis). Went through again...car not dried at all...pulled over to vacuums to check the car and guess what?....STILL DIRTY! I had to use baby wipes to get the dirt film off of the driver and passenger side upper doors, hood and front grill area, side mirrors which definitely should have been clean but weren't. The dirt only required to be lightly wiped....no scrubbing was needed so that is clear indicator that the cloth brushes are not touching the car's and or the soap is diluted and the wash goes by way too fast to be able to actually clean anything. I will never use this company again ever. I didn't even tell you about the rims that their auto track damaged the first time I used the wash. The track totally dipped and the car felt like it fell into the track the first time I went through it but I thought that was normal....I did not complain then...I let it go. The car wash not being able to apply enough pressure to wipe a thin film of dirt off the upper panels of the doors and mirrors is ridiculous and lazy!

This is a pretty decent car wash and super helpful when I live at the apartment complex just down the block. It’s hard to find places that have enough tools and space to clean my truck but this place was just right!

Peter at the entrance was helpful in explaining the options and how it all worked since I never had been there before. Would use again when needed. Vacuums had good strength and lots of stalls
