    Thank you to this quick quack on exposition. I signed up a few months ago with Annabel’s help and since then I’ve only visited this one. Every employee is friendly and enthusiastic whenever I need anything or have questions. Bonus points because my car comes out significantly cleaner here!!!

    The new girls working this location SUCKKKKKKKKK. How are you gonna come tell me to move but then tell me I can wait around the corner but then tell me to leave bc your pissed that you're a little overwhelmed w how many cars are in the lot. Stop freaking feeding cars into the wash, its that simple. Have never had an issue w the crew that works there but these girls were freaking out over an issue that is so simple. There was literally a car in front of me they could have said to move, I was still close to the friggin cones. Andddd alllllll that for an open slot that no one pulled into I went into IMMEDIATLY. maybe have someone directing idiot drivers into slots that are open. Learn how to navigate a busy location and how to have a smooth operation. I'll do us both a favor and find another location that isn't so congested.

    Yess today was a really good day today I was able to clean my car and being able to turn it back into how I originally first had it She cleaned it very well and explained the packs you can buy perfectly Her name was I think Evangelina and She was very helpful thank you so much for your guys service very recommended!

    Came here last week and I told a couple people about my experience, specifically members who go here, and they said what I experienced was not okay and to make a post. So here I am: I went in about a week ago, in my bank it says Jan 2nd the payment processed. Anywho, a young girl with the ipad checked me in, but she put my license plate # in wrong so it took her a while. After getting my profile, I said all I could afford right now was the “Good” wash because its the holidays and my moms bday is jan 3rd, so moneys tight this time of year. I had to tell her this because she was trying to upsell the more expensive washes, i have gotten them before, I told her I just couldnt afford it that day but still wanted to feel fresh and clean for my work week ahead, i told her i came in because a bird pooped on my sun roof that same morning and i use my sun roof everyday, even in the rain- i pop it open a tad. After a while she finally said okay to the good option and let me in. she was being observed/supervised by a woman with fake red dye hair that was standing behind her the entire time so before I drove off, i said “happy new year you guys!” And neither one of them said anything. I just brushed their rudeness off and went in, figured they were cold outside or something. I had the “good” wash and it didnt clean the bird poop off my sunroof. I was pretty bummed because thats exactly why I drove there. In the past, my family has told me that if you are unsatisfied with the wash, you can ask for a re wash, I debated for a while whether to do this because I don’t want to be a Karen, but the good wash didnt clean it good so i said okay, wont hurt to ask. Well, asking definitely hurt. I pulled my car back around the same lane and the first girl who helped me was gone. It was a guy with the ipad and the same red hair woman. She made an ugly face at me like “what are you doing back here” and she didnt greet me. I said to her “hi im so sorry, ive never had something like this happen before, but the wash didnt clean the bird poop off my car” and she says “hold on” and took SO long to tell the guy what to do. They realized the first girl put my plate in wrong so they wanted to edit my profile and fix it, im just stuck waiting there, thinking okay great she heard me out- theyre fixing my plate- getting me back im, i was SO patient. I was so wrong. The red hair lady finally comes back to my driver window and says “okay so whats the problem” and i just kindly re tell her that i was just in but it didnt clean it to the good standards because I still have bird poop on my sunroof. She said “well yeah everyone knows the good wash isnt actually good, thats why we tried to tell you and sell you a better one but you said no” i was taken a back. Just shocked at her response. I said “okay well i mentioned money is tight right now and i still give only this location my business and i wanted to feel fresh for my work week, i havent had this ever happen before- usually the good is perfect for me” and she just stared at me and said “what do you want me to do about it?” And since she never offered, i just asked, “can i please go through and have a rewash?” And she said “no because its against our store policy to let anyone have a rewash if they buy good. The good is never good and we want to push people to buy the more expensive ones.” Again im just sitting in the lane, uncomfortable and shocked at her responses. She added “is there anything else?” And i said “can u just release the gate so i can drive and exit to the vacuums” and she said “oh well, just so you know, because you went through the wash, the poop particles on your sunroof are now mixed in with the water so you should have no problem scrubbing the bird poop off yourself in the pond with one of the towels we provide.” They were also out of towels in the pond. Instead of having the machine clean it, she said I could clean the poop myself. She took so much of my time being rude, I genuinely couldve just had the rewash and been done faster than by the time she was done being rude.

    Annabel C., the Assistant Manager at this Quick Quack location (1120 Exposition Blvd, Sacramento), really helped us today after a small accident in the car wash. She stayed calm, listened carefully, and took the time to document everything clearly. She treated both drivers with respect, even when the situation was tense, and explained that the cameras and an incident report would be reviewed. I really appreciated her professionalism and patience during a stressful moment. Thank you Annabel!
