I went through Quick Quack on 2/6 and their wash broke a trim piece on the front grill of my 2007 Sierra. I reported it right away and then got several days of no communication at all. I had to keep waiting and wondering what was going on. When they finally responded on 2/12, I was told that because my truck is more than 5 years old, they will not cover damage caused by their wash. Apparently that is their policy. So they can damage your vehicle and just point to a rule about age and walk away from it. No accountability. No integrity. If this is how they handle issues, I will be canceling my membership. Very disappointing. Edit to respond to your reaponse: You state the trim detached in the blower area and that there was no malfunction. It is very possible the piece was knocked loose earlier in the wash and finally came off in the air. Either way, it failed while inside your equipment. “No malfunction” is not the same as “no responsibility.” Equipment does not have to break to cause damage. It only has to apply enough force to remove a properly installed factory trim piece. I am more than happy to show the rest of the grill trim, which is completely intact and still firmly secured. This was not a vehicle falling apart. It was a single piece that detached during your wash. The five year policy is the bigger concern. Most vehicles on the road are older than five years. If your position is that you are not responsible for damage to the majority of vehicles you service, that is something customers deserve to clearly understand before signing up for memberships. My truck entered intact. It left damaged. That is the bottom line. This reads like a company protecting itself, not standing behind its service

Came here about 6 days ago..one of the workers accidently wet me with a dirty towel she was picking up and shaking as I was asking her a question...complete accident but I figured i havent got my wet towel I'll ask for a second..no the girl and guy up front refused even after explaining what happened to me. First off if they gave me the free wet towel in the beginning I wouldnt have been talking to the girl trying to put fresh towels in and never would have got dirt splashed on my face. I've never ever had these issues at other quick quack. I've read some pretty horrible things about this new one..along with putting cars to close making them hit..damage to bumpers, damage to license plates. They dont seem to care about this area like everything else. Unfortunately people who actually live in this area do..I refuse to fo back here. Refusing to give me a second towel after your coworker splashed dirt on my face is wild. I didnt ask for 10. I asked for one. I emailed their manager its been 6 days and nothing. They dont care. Edit after reply from store: no they actually knew they didnt give me one other wise youre telling me they provided a second one for free when I drove back around? This is against your policy as far as i was told that day and by management today on the phone. Complete LIES. As i was told by management 6 days later after emailing a SECOND time they claim this is now policy unless asked for the complimentary towel customers dont receive one upon entry any longer..so either the management is lying or the girl is because i obviously never asked for it which is why I was speaking to savanna in the vaccum area to see if the free moist towel is still given out..I believe if it is policy as well to request one ALL employees should know this and express this. NEVER was this explained to me not once but by managment today on the phone. Instead of just assuming all customers understand this new policy implemented after years of service without request. Maybe put a sign up. Same as McDonald's putting a sign up stating request condiments. Poor business and there was no misunderstanding on my end if I dont know your policy just pure lack of good customer service and lack of communication on your employees end. As well as plain lying from your employees if they gave me a free one once i came back around..makes no sense dont u think? Why after fighting so hard to not give me that second one they gave me a free one even though they "believed " they handed me one already. Then after your manager watches the video he sees they blantly lie because he told me he watched the video and seen i never received one. Someone is lying and it damn sure is not me!
