  This location is unlike other locations I have been to. What set it apart from other car wash locations is the quality service given by the staff on site, especially Kairrena.

  Roselyn was able to get me on a membership super quick and easy. My favorite quick and I travel 20 minutes just to see their smiling faces. Thank you for being here❤️

  I always have a great experience here. As a member I get to take advantage of quick access that saves me time. With that said the customer service is outstanding. Today I appreciated both Sean and Malik's service with a smile. Thanks so much Quick Quack.

  I have the membership for a couple years now and the only thing I dislike is that most vacuum stations are open and people who DOESN'T HAVE MEMBERSHIP just pull up to use them and you as a member have to wait until a spot is open REPLY YO ANSWER FROM QUICK QUACK : if it's really members that supposedly go just to vacums not wash (wich I find hard to believe as I know for fact that cars get dirty in 2 just days, that's why I try going every other day to wash them if I'm free) there's a super easy fix ... place same bars that read the license plates in the entrance of vacuum area, since the only location that controls the access is watt ave/arden way and even tho there's members in the vacuuming spots the wait is never long AND THAT'S THE ONLY LOCATION MY DAUGHTER GO TO VACUUM AFTER THE WASH SINCE IT'S MORE SECURE EVEN FROM HOMELESS PEOPLE ROAMING AROUND

  Today 2/5/26 I went to wash my car at the location that is next to In-N-Out off of Madison Avenue and as usual I order to have lucky duck car wash; I paid I drove in, washed my car, came out. The car has spots not even wet or washed. I took pictures. I did not show the pictures to the associate, but I drove in again and I asked him to let me in again to wash my car as usually how I do it, and usually it is free. I paid $20 in the beginning and the associate with red hair skinny guy told me that they do not do this anymore and I have to explain him problem why I pulled in second time and why I want a second time to wash my car for free. I respectfully responded to him: did not washed well; and he said you have to show me and explain me, which I came out of the car I explained him, I showed him, pointed out with the finger that some spots are not washed. Some spots are not even touched are still dry and not washed. He gave me a long speech, which was not pleasant. I did not like the way he was treating me, anyway I was listening and not saying nothing back to him. I simply thank him and drove to wash my car as soon as I came home, which I live very close by I took pictures of the spots that still after second time washing the car, have not been even touched bone dried dirt on the both sides of my car also dirt on my mirrors, as well on fenders both sides dirt and I’m willing to provide the pictures. I will post them. Maybe someone will pay attention, but I really wish some of the supervisors or managers or even owners will see my message and pictures that your location is not doing great job. I will take my business elsewhere, which is half mile away from me.
