Me & my wife been showering together for 3 years over the road together at Pilot & now the guy tells me that this stores policy is to shower seperate . Basically saying one free shower 1 pay shower. Man screw that. Ive traveled to every state possible by truck in 3 years with my wife using pilot and California is the state that always disappoints. Greed. Stupid policies . And just retardation all around. No. I dont recommend this pilot to anyone.

- KRkoushik reddyDec 29, 20251.0Worst Pilot location I’ve ever experienced. Avoid this place. Stopped here early morning during a long road trip and was treated horribly. Staff was extremely rude and dismissive from the moment I walked in. When I asked basic questions about restrooms and showers, the employee spoke aggressively and acted like customers were an inconvenience. They do not allow sleeping in cars and threaten towing for non-commercial vehicles, which is absurd for a truck stop that advertises itself as 24/7 and traveler-friendly. This was never clearly communicated beforehand. The “one person per shower” rule is also ridiculous and something I’ve never encountered at any other Pilot, Love’s, Flying J, or TA across multiple states. Customer service here is unacceptable — no professionalism, no respect, no attempt to help. Judging by the number of similar complaints in other reviews, this is clearly a pattern, not a one-off experience. If you’re road-tripping or just need a safe, respectful stop, go literally anywhere else. This location does not represent what Pilot claims to stand for.

I was only in their yard about an hour before leaving. I am on home time and just want to go home. Just another little thing slowing up my day.
