I would have liked to at least have the car booster and car seat at the emerald office pickup location already instead of having to wait for them to go get it. We arrived 30 minutes early before our scheduled time and i understand not having a vehicle yet, however when they brought the lady manager brought a vehicle and we opened the back seats of the vehicle it had sand all over the floor and candy wrappers. We told Haywind or something like that and he was able to ask for another vehicle for them to bring. And he went and got the baby booster and carseat. Thank you so much to him. He was super nice and helpful.

I left an item in the vehicle and went to get it 15 minutes later the car was nowhere to be found. They tried to find it and could not. I filled out a Lost and Found form with no response. They have no direct phone number to call and talk to someone directly. I left multiple message on their answering machine at this location with no return calls! Worst customer service I’ve ever had at a National or Enterprise location.
