I called around for quotes, and this location not only had the best price for the Honda Accord I needed a windshield replaced for but also provided outstanding customer service—everyone was polite and professional. Four other places I called for a quote had to grab a manager or I was speaking to the manager and they had to price match to get near what this business quoted me on my very first call. I dropped my car off on a Saturday right at opening (8:30), went to grab breakfast with my dad, and before we even got our food I got the call that my car was already finished! The speed, quality, and price can’t be beat. I’ll definitely be recommending this place to friends and family, and it’s now my go-to for any windshield work.

I formally notified the shop in writing that if they did not take responsibility, I would pursue legal action. After this, the shop admitted their mistake, apologized, and agreed to cover the $250 cost for the calibration to be done properly at an official Volkswagen service center. In the end, the problem was resolved, but I want to emphasize this: the shop clearly does not have the knowledge, experience, or proper equipment to perform such critical and safety-related work. For that reason, I strongly recommend being cautious before choosing them for similar services.
