- PPpjayFeb 21, 20263.0...overall, the guys that worked on my car were very quick, explained certain things to me, and seemed very knowledgeable, HOWEVER, there was a guy that seemed to be a lead or (?), that was barking orders like a military Sargent or something! Like; "THAT CAR SHOULD BE NEXT, (?), TAKE YOUR BREAK", and so on. AND, every other word was the "F" word! Now I can cuss better than most, but NOT in a place of business. I've worked customer service for over 45 years. That was not a professional setting, even the employees around him seemed to be a little put off from the situation. You asked for comment of my experience, here it is. Thank you.

The team advisor kindly offered to drive my car into one of the stalls for service as I was nervous about the open floor. He also advised me about the running coupon which I really appreciated. In addition he showed me the filters confirming that in fact they were still ok for my car's performance. The whole process was indeed 15 minutes or less. I believe I got a great job for a great price as well. I would highly recommend Jiffy Lube!

I typically use a coupon, I wish they would have told him because there was $16.00 off online. They also stop vacuuming the cars as now you have to request it. The customer service just doesn’t seem the same.
