- AAAmberFeb 20, 20261.0I've been to this location a million times and every time is the same great service. This most recent visit was the exception. I requested an oil change, cabin filter replacement, air filter replacement and the fuel cleaner. I pay then ask the cashier to confirm the filters were changed since they didn't bring the dirty ones in side for me to see. We walk out and he checks the air filter, all good. Then he tries to open the glove compartment to check the cabin filter but it won't open. I've never had an issue with my glove compartment prior to this. The person who changed the cabin filter must have not put the arm in correctly and forced it shut. Three people tried to pry it open with screw drivers and tried to watch different you tube videos to figure it out. Eventually, one of the gentlemen got it open. He apologized and said the manager may do a CIR to send me a $50 gift card for future service. Cool, I'll take that. They were polite, apologetic, and did all they could to address the issue.... but now as I'm driving down the street, my glove compartment falls open. All the effort put in to open the stuck glove compartment caused the door to not latch and stay closed. I'll be contacting the store tomorrow so they can address this issue and will update my review based on their response.
