- RORaymond OrtegaMay 8, 20251.0This has been an absolutely nightmare. I was scheduled 4 different times to do my install. They kept sending it to the wrong place so I went literally 4 times before it was installed. I was told I’d get the first 2 months free, that I’d have a $200 credit that would be applied. But they still charged me the first payment saying that I need to fill out some coupon. But I was never informed of this by the sales team. The installer created a bunch of misses when installing because he didn’t know how it worked in my truck and so I was immediately sent a lock out notice. I’ve been calling for 3 days now to get this resolved but their systems have been down. Then when the systems came back up they say they can’t schedule my lock out appointment t side to lack of payment… but my account is set up on auto pay so how they have lack of payment is be understandable. Now I’ve got one day till I’m locked out and they say to call back in 3hrs cause they need to “update my account” before I can do anything about the pending lock out. They say I’ll need to pay for the lock out that isn’t my fault and then they will reimburse me .. which I have no confidence that will be a smooth process. This company is a joke.
