  When I went to get my estimate, the worker told me that they don’t make the parts for my vehicle anymore, which is absolutely untrue. He then suggested that we get the door seal from a wrecking yard, which is against the law in the state of California because this is a claim through insurance so by law, they cannot use any used vehicle parts. They must be brand new Not only this but due to the accident my alignment and my suspension is damaged and the gentleman told me that they don’t do any mechanical work. I just came here to write this review and before I wrote it, I looked at what they have listed as their services and what do you know steering and suspension is listed as part of their repair services however I was told something completely different. I’m not shocked that they’re part of USAA’s “preferred shops” because USAA also loves to falsely represent and mislead and break laws and insurance regulations. birds of a feather flock together… or something like that…

  This review is long overdue! They were wonderful! I took it in for a minor dent, but it was a nearly brand new car and we wanted it fixed. They took care of everything, walked me through the steps since it had been years since I had needed any repair work. They were done in a day, and seriously made the process so easy! I highly recommend them!

  What a joke, scheduled an appointment 4 weeks ahead of time, call them the day before and they say "oops our rep who made the appointment for you shouldn't have, we're only taking insurance claims not out of pocket jobs". She then proceeds to tell me I'm raising my voice and yelling at her 😂 when that was absolutely not the truth. I then had to coach her to putting me on the phone with a manager since she wanted to sit there and make frivolous accusations. Learn to deal with conflict, not accuse people of lacking the emotional intelligence you so very clearly lack by immediately making accusations. "I can't deal with difficult business conversations so let's just tell the customer they are wrong, we wasted 4 weeks of their time and stop yelling at me". Gerber 👏 1. Learn to operate professionally 2. Hire conscious help and 3. Adequately train that conscious help when you get it and fire that immature broad I just dealt with on the phone.

  Fast an efficient drop-off for collision work. Andrea is very pleasant, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Fernando is straightforward and helpful. Everybody I spoke with had a great personality.
