The sales staff are excellent. These guys want to move cars off the lot. They by miracle found financing with very poor credit no cosigner differed down payment.
Even throwing in extras including 7 year 100 thiusand mile bumper to bumper. Just like a pual blanco dealership years ago. On top of that, Im my opinion customer servuce in America seems to seriously lack many places yiu ask a member of the team a question their they hustle will go ask numerous people and get you an anwser that itself get them 5 starts from me. My experience with Future Ford was an absolute nightmare from start to finish.
I went on a ride-along with their technician, Albert, to replicate the issue with my vehicle. During that drive, he clearly identified what he called a converter shudder issue. We explained this to my service advisor, David. He then told me they were “three weeks behind”, and to bring the vehicle back at that time.
Three weeks later I dropped my vehicle off — and then it sat there for ANOTHER THREE WEEKS before anyone even touched it. No urgency. No accountability.
Suddenly, the diagnosis changed to “coolant intrusion,” and I was hit with an $8,000 quote for a new engine. Eight. Thousand. Dollars. For a vehicle with only 59,000 miles on it.
The Service Director, Nick Tate, claimed he would work with Ford Consume Relations to get financial assistance because of the low mileage and the fact that this was a certified pre-owned vehicle purchased from THEIR LOT. That went absolutely nowhere. I left multiple messages asking for updates. No returned calls. No follow-through. Just silence.
Meanwhile, I was repeatedly told I was “next on the loaner list.” That was a lie. Weeks went by and I never received a loaner vehicle. I was left without reliable transportation while they let my car sit and then tried to saddle me with an $8,000 bill.
After two months of getting the runaround, I pulled my vehicle out of there and took it to a local mechanic. They ran the codes, did a simple oil change and tune-up.
My car is running perfectly fine.
So either this dealership is wildly incompetent or they were trying to charge me for an engine I did not need. Neither option is acceptable.
The delays, the changing diagnosis, the lack of communication, the empty promises, and the outrageous repair quote tell me everything I need to know. This was hands down the worst service department experience I have ever had.
Avoid this place at all costs.

My wife and I went in for two vehicles, but our budget was looking like we could only get one of the two we wanted. Kathy and Justin went above and beyond to make our budget work for both the cars we wanted. They treated us like old friends/family and did everything in their power to make the vehicles work, and didn’t once put any pressure on us to increase our budget. Dustin in finance was extremely knowledgeable and didn’t once make us feel forced to purchase any extra items. He simply explained all the benefits, then broke it down to the dollar of what each extra would cost monthly. It really helped us determine what we felt was a necessary service and what we could do without. Overall a 5 star experience.
Talk about the dealership to set the bar for all other dealerships. After a mechanical issue with the Maverick I bought, I was a little disappointed, but this dealership stands behind their word when they say they will make it right. They offered me many options that far exceeded the inconvenience I experienced with the Maverick. I ended up in a Ranger and the General Manager Justin even sweetened the deal by giving me additional incentives and more towards my original trade it. To make it better, Ali the salesman who assisted me, went up and beyond what any salesman needs to. He responded quickly and throughly anytime I had questions or when I had issues. If you are trying to figure out what dealership to spend your hard earned money at, choose this one, you will sleep well knowing if anything goes wrong they will stand behind their word.

I’d like to start this review with one request: please make sure the service department sees this and receives the recognition they deserve.
I won’t go into every detail of my experience, but I can confidently say this is the best service center I’ve ever visited. I would bring any of my other vehicles here without hesitation simply because I trust Damon and John completely. Their customer service was exceptional—they were patient, kind, honest, and genuinely supportive throughout the entire process.
Vehicle issues can add a great deal of stress to everyday life, especially when it comes to trucks. Damon and John made the repair process smooth and straightforward. They took the time to listen, addressed exactly what needed to be fixed, and even gave me a helpful heads-up about potential future maintenance.
I would absolutely recommend anyone to the John/Damon team. Finding a mechanic you truly trust is no small feat, and they’ve earned mine completely. Thank you, guys, for taking such great care of me and my family.
