I love this ford service center. They listened and actually took the time work on my vehicle after struggling with the Roseville service center it was nice to have a service center that helped you right away listened reassured me. Easy to contact, always polite, professional, and very helpful. Anytime we called they answered and gave us updates. This place was my last hope to get my vehicle fixed for the heater and ac.

Service has had my car for over 2 months. Started in October when I brought my car in for a rear camera recall. Took about a week to get it back. Then the driver side alignment was off when I got it back. I took it back in the following Monday and kept it for a few days. I picked it up and still wasn’t aligned so I bought it back again. So every Monday for 2 weeks after the initial recall repair I brought it back. Then in early November David Hall said the tech was in contact with engineering or whatever and figured out it was a certain module that needed to be changed. Of course it was on back order. Come end of November I reached out to David again and he said the part came in “he sounded surprised it was there and I have a feeling it’s been there for awhile” and needed to be installed. He said it’ll take a couple days. 1 week later January 5th I called David and he said that they needed to now order a driver side camera but he retracted that statement. He now says they have to wait for a sunny clear day to calibrate and align the cameras and can’t do it because of the rain. I have a feeling that he’s not being honest and truthful. Either something happened to my car while it is there or they’re just not serving it. I never leave reviews for business or persons but I felt compelled to type this. I’ll be contacting the service manager Tim in the morning. I’ve been very patient and and held my frustrations back. This all started the early October and it’s January!

Service team was great! Our car had been sending us battery errors while being shipped cross country, we stopped in and asked if they could take a look at it upon arrival. They told me of course but it would take at least 5 days to get it back bc of how busy they are. Our car arrived Christmas Eve and we got it there before closing, including Christmas (closed), Sat (1/2 day) and Sunday closed they got it to us back in 5 days but given how many days they were closed they really got it to us in 2.5 days! They fixed the battery issue and caught a potential issue with our brakes (fixed it) and checked the tires etc. we are very happy with our experience and will come again!

I can only say positive words about my experience with this dealership, especially Jordan McClelland who sold us the Toyota Rav4. I was at my breaking point trying to find the best car for us. Jordan listened and delivered. He made the experience as simple as possible, minimizing the back and forth, making it the best car buying experience I’ve had! Even the two employees who delivered my car were incredible. They all had a personal touch that made me feel like I was taken care of. If you’re looking for a place you can trust and make your car buying experience easy, I highly recommend Future Ford!

Hello my name is Vidal alcantar and I recently had the most upsetting experience at future ford of Sacramento on Madison blvd they will real you in with “specials” but at the end of the day they stick you with a truck that’s 1,000$ more expensive then there online advertising price and of course the good honest sales man won’t tell you that! And then when you confront them about the price they will not fix the amount they will promise you all these extra services to supposedly make you feel better just to find them on your loan amount later on to top it off you give them your vehicle for 5 business days to handle a list of issues and fixes on the truck they only did 2 out of 6 items requested there service department absolutely horrible I waited over 4 hours to be taken to my rental I arrived at 10:30am didn’t leave tell 2:30 pm to get my rental I would absolutely avoid these place from sterling the sales manager to Ryan the sales guy to Matt in finance take your business somewhere else where you are valued it’s not a ford issue more of a location issue (update on situation) I talked to Dave used car sales manager he verbally promised me a 2nd key fob to my vehicle and still hasn’t delivered on it cancelled on me 2 times due to “schedule issues” and “holidays” they try really hard to please you after giving you a bad deal don’t they he didn’t give me anything extra for making the trip from woodland to Madison ave a 40 min drive each way been there 3 round trips already at my own expense I still haven’t been taken care of I bought the truck on November 29 25 it is now 1/10/26 still no help with my truck very disappointed in all staff involved especially brandy Molina the financial manager can’t even provide me information or records of them sending my purchase difference to my bank definitely don’t buy anything from them not even a water bottle from the vending machine I wouldn’t trust it
