I went to the airport location, where they had the correct vehicle available, yet refused to make the exchange. This caused a complete waste of time and extra expenses. To make matters worse, they promised a fuel discount on the contract, which was never applied. No solution, no accountability—just “sorry, we can’t help.” This company provides false information, poor customer service, and no follow-through. I strongly do not recommend renting from them.

I book ahead of time through my company’s corporate portal but when I arrive, the vehicle I need isn’t there. Today, they offered a smaller vehicle rather than the larger class I requested. This doesn’t work for me, if I needed a smaller vehicle, I would’ve requested it. Edit to add: I’ve been waiting patiently for 2 hours for them to get me my vehicle now. This is eating into my travel time for work. Consider going to a bigger location if you are in need of a specific sized vehicle.
