  Enterprise Staff on 12th And H in Sacto. Were beyond brilliant.... Polite, eager to please and efficient. Plus they laughed at my jokes.

  When I originally called to schedule the pickup for my wife they told me the last pickup was at 5pm, but GEICO stated it was 6pm. After calling into the corporate line they confirmed GEICO was correct and scheduled the picked for 5:45pm. When they brought my wife to the Enterprise location they informed her that they could not take her temporary DL because it was not printed out. This was not communicated ahead of time or else my wife could have printed it out beforehand. The employee Abby kept reiterating over and over they were already closed and there was nothing they could do. My pregnant wife then had to stand by herself for 15 minutes in the middle of downtown to wait for an uber. No one offered her a ride home. The uber cost us $45. The next day she was given a vehicle that smelled like an Ash Tray and I had to call and complain to get a replacement. The Employee Abby then called me after I returned my vehicle to ask how the service went. I explained I was upset that my wife was not offered a ride home and she tried to lie and say she did offer her a ride. Then she did not close out my file and someone two days later called me to close it out.

  The enterprise Rent-A-Car on 12th St. in downtown Sacramento is one of the best run most pleasant businesses that you can find. They are invariably friendly and efficient and completely customer service oriented. I love renting from this location and have done so multiple times. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

  I always have a good experience with enterprise but this time with extra special. I wasnt happy to need a rental but the girls at the Downtown Sac location were amazing! I worked with Abby during pickup and return. She was incredibly sweet, accommodating and even tried to help with my toddler. When returning the car I needed a ride to the dealership so Carissa and Abby made it happen and i couldn’t appreciate them more. They were not only courteous but very friendly. This time around my son remembered Abby and even wanted to hold hands when walking! This feels great because as a busy single mom things can feel overwhelming but these ladies left me feeling reassured I was taken care of! Would absolutely go to this enterprise again! <3
