  This place has amazing customer service. I have rented from this place at least 10 times in the past 6 months. The pickup and drop off service is great. The only problem I have is the cars aren't always clean on the outside. The last car I rented had dirty windows, mirrors and the back of the car looked like it was driven in a rainstorm and hadn't been cleaned in several days. I had to make a stop and clean the window and mirrors as they were so dirty, it made it difficult to use the mirrors. I would have refused the car at the time of pickup, but I didn't have time to wait for another car.

  Same as always.... Note, that ment efficiency & excellent customer service/support. The 5th star exclusion is merited as you MUST have a credit card.

  I guess it's hit or miss on these reviews. I had a reservation at Northgate, but my car was being serviced at Caliber on 12th St and this location took over my reservation with not issue. All the folks in the front were courteous and welcoming. I know there was someone really fired up while I was walking in, but I can honestly say the front desk took care of the matter professionally and did what they could in their power to resolve the guys issue. Now shout outs to Abi the assistant manager and there were two others which I will update their names when I return my vehicle. All of them were super cool to talk to while I wait for a car to get available. Note that I did have to wait 30 mins, but this was because my original reservation was at another location. This location went above and beyond! I would be renting from this location in the future.

  Great and friendly customer service every time! This matters especially when things don’t go according to plan. While out on a drive I had a flat caused by a pothole in the road. It could have caused major delays, but they took care of for me in a seamless way and I was back on the road sooner than expected. Thank you for helping make my trip enjoyable and safe!

  After gaining my sobriety 5 years ago, one thing I wanted to do was reestablish a relationship with my momma. Through my rehabilitation, the time came to go visit her for the first time in 30 years. I needed a car, as I didn’t want to put the miles on my truck nor did I wana fork out the gas money. After a quick google search I found Enterprise Rent-A-Car. With their affordable rates, good gas mileage, and after hours returns I was able to make the 400 mile journey to reunite with my momma. Thanks for being an awesome company!
