- CLCynthia LFeb 7, 20261.0Something always wrong with the cars I have to take them right back they over charge you and the cars are never really completely clean had to go straight to the gas station never any gas in the cars , the cars are never really clean it’s like they rush, when you return them with gas they don’t try to compensate you for it ,they don’t answer the phones in the morning when they do they hung up on you avoid the one on Arden you gone end up mad.

The manager obviously neglects the quality of service and hires people under qualified to do their jobs. But this is a norm in the Sacramento region, bad customer service by people who don’t want to do their jobs and do the service their company advises. Or maybe it’s because they don’t like people and can’t get any other jobs where professionals are expected
