  I'm not sure what the kid's name was that checked me out at the counter but he was amazing! Super knowledgeable, polite and friendly. You can tell he cares about his position at the company and is definitely on his way up the chain. I run two small businesses one in Chicago and Phoenix and he's exactly the type of person I would want working for me. As far as the experience goes we were extremely satisfied. It was quick and easy to get checked out. The first vehicle they had me in seems like it needed some service done so they swapped me out for an SUV very quickly and easily not wasting any time. The new vehicle was very clean and had low miles and was perfect for what our needs were. I always run from Enterprise and will continue to do so

  The team at Sacramento International Airport was incredibly helpful solving a situation, one which was totally my error... they went over-and-above helping me resolve it! Their customer service was amazing, which solidifies why we always choose Enterprise! Thank you Tony and Kim!! :)

  Today I visited your location as you said I could swap out the car. I was treated very poorly. Enterprise is a very big company and they have lots of cars and I wasn’t offered any options or help today 2/14 when I talked to the one 800 Lady in customer service I explained to her that the car was not in good condition and the wipers did not work the tires were worn and car was making a clunking noise so I went to the airport location because I also told her I needed a bigger vehicle. They did not offer me any options. They actually offered me a smaller option and my insurance covers a full size and they did not even try and help me they tried to give me a Corolla or a smaller car. I had a big party of people that I had to transport so I specifically said I need a full-size car upon leaving. . I’ve never been treated this way. I will be filing a complaint with corporate . I’ve never been treated this poorly in my life. No customer service no help very snooty. Very rude. I will be calling corporate. The car tires were already poor condition which I have photos of. I had 6 people I needed to accompany to a party so why would u guys offer me a smaller car when I told the lady on the phone I needed a full size car my day has been ruined I will be also writing more reviews on the absolute poor customer service that I had received. I’m sure if I was an older lady I would’ve been accommodated and they would’ve tried to accommodate me accordingly, but because I’m younger minority, they looked at me and just brushed me off and tried to give me a whatever Car when that is not what I asked for and I drive 30 min away and that is not good customer service and that is not the way you treat someone they gave me a junk car with bad tiers to begin with didn’t offer any service very rude I would like a compliant filed on the mangers they handled this situation on 2/14/2026 unacceptable the mangers were rude and unhelpful go to a smaller location plus this company charges high airport fees has junk cars and bad service the mangers on duty are very unprofessional and rude not the welcoming customer service I expected
