    My experience started out well. I had to rent a car after an accident, and the process was quick. I opted for the damage waiver since people drive like maniacs here. However, despite the contract I signed saying that my insurance (AAA) would be billed directly for the actual daily rental,*I* was charged directly. When contacted directly about this, the helpfulness and friendliness initially experienced stopped. I ended up having to have my insurance "refund" me for the charge, and even they had a hard time with this location (they were hung up on several times). Due to the timing of when the rental was due and when I'd be paid out for the accident, the contract was extended out 7 more days, and therefor the waiver charge. Tell me why I was then charged $286 when the waiver is $24 a day? 24x68=$168, not $286. If it can be helped, I would rather not go through this particular location again.
