I waited an additional 1-2 hours, but no one provided me a vehicle and no updates were given. Even though I had a confirmed reservation, I never received a car. My time was completely wasted, and the service was very unprofessional. A reservation should guarantee a vehicle or at least proper communication. This was a very disappointing experience. I have rent car before from West Sacramento location it was nice and professional coomunicate but this time they were close that’s why I decided to get from this location.

I did the basic "did i get everything" glance and that was that. I figured if Iforgot something they would put it in list and found. Well, sure enough I forgot to grab the phone. It was a new flip phone too. I did the Google "find my device" feature when I got home and the location popped up as this enterprise, but when I checked in the morning it could not be found, probably because it died. Anyways I went in that day to let them know that I left my phone in the car the day before and I thought I would be in and out with my phone and no time. But they were not able to find it. To this day it has not been found. Other than that people are great and very friendly.
