- WBWendell BrownDec 23, 20255.0I dropped my Ford Explorer off for a recall issue and was afforded a rental vehicle as the parts did not arrive as expected. Future Ford made the reservation for me to pickup a vehicle. When I entered the building I was greeted and given We'll be with you shortly as they were working with other customers. I was called up in very short order. I told them that Future Ford had made reservations for me. I gave them my name and showed them my licenses, they located the reservation and explained to me my options of vehicles that I was able to get. Once my selection was made I was paired with another team member that took me to the vehicle and filled out all the forms electronically then and then inspect it to vehicle and was on the road and very short order. The building was clean and had restrooms for customers use if needed the entire process was seamlessly performed.
