  THANK YOU IZZY!!!!!! Came here after dealing with difficulties with my car and was met with a friendly and knowledgeable worker who helped me fix the issue in less than 30 minutes! By far my best experience at an autozone. Left with a fixed car and smile on my face.

  I just had an amazing experience at this location-The staff were extremely kind and helpful. I bought a new battery and the store manager, Isabella "Izzy" installed it for me. "Izzy" is a Rockstar and because of her, I'll be back for all my future auto care needs!

  I went into the store on Norwood ave yesterday for a relay switch, two different workers assisted me and both could not find the relay I was looking for suggested I try another parts store because AutoZone does not carry the rely I’m looking for. I had already looked up on the Internet and found the relay at this AutoZone But this is not the first time that this specific AutoZone didn’t know how to look up a part they have no knowledge on how to look up the parts. When I drove my car to another AutoZone, the Worker there went out of his way to figure out what relay I needed and where it belong to. I just feel like Specific AutoZone on Norwood Avenue needs better training or someone with more knowledge in the field of trying to locate the parts that people need, And not send people away. When going into a auto parts store it’s expected that workers are knowledged in automotive parts, and if not their knowledge and how to locate and find out parts not to send people away!
