The customer service has exceeded my expectations on every visit. Special thanks to the team for helping me choose the right windshield wipers for my Tesla. I know this car can be quite particular, but the employees took extra time to assist me despite the complexity of the task. Even when the store’s system stopped working, they did everything possible to complete the purchase and make the experience comfortable for the customer. Excellent service and truly dedicated staff. Highly recommend!

Nikita was the only employee who made sure that every time your door opened the customer was acknowledged with a genuine warm greeting. She juggled 15 plus tasks with ease. She knows her inventory, placement of products and most of all she cares. This lady embodies everything the world is lacking these days. After being in the store well over 20 minutes I only heard one other male employee give one half hearted welcome and we’ll be right with you to the store. Nikita is an absolute rockstar. If Autozone knows what’s good for them they will promote her and make sure she is well paid. She is the biggest asset at this location and deserves so much more. I would promote her to regional manager at the very least. If I were a business owner I would be after her as an employee. Nikita thank you for being the strong beautiful woman you are.
