- JGJacob Gerardy3 days ago1.0Highly wouldn’t recommend Auto Zone, or at least this one. I bought a coil pack from them, didn’t install it, took it back 10 days later and they said they don’t sell that coil pack in their store. Upon further inspection, it does look like they sold me a refurbished one as brand new. I went to Auto Zone for convenience sake. I should have drove out of my way to go to O’Reilly’s. I’m sure auto parts stores get scammed a lot, but it’s still frustrating when you’re on the other end of it with very little sympathy or customer service. If you want to get scammed out of an auto part, come on down to this Auto Zone.

- ACAna CastroFeb 8, 20265.0Khyree W at store 5008 helped me when I walked in 10 minutes before closing time, I had to drive my little new used car back to Chico from Sacramento and I was scared that my fluids might be low. After working all day, I didn’t have the energy to figure out how to check the fluids on this little Honda, and he helped me no problem… He brought out his little machine that scans the car, He checked my oil, and he printed out a breakdown of all the things that I will need to have serviced at my next oil change… It turns out nothing needed to be done, and I didn’t have to spend any money at AutoZone at all. I so appreciate the service that they offer and I am so appreciative to this right young man for treating me with kindness and patience and respect after walking in 10 minutes before they close
