    My headlight went out at 8:30 pm and I rushed over to autozone. The staff stayed late and helped install both headlights. I will always come here after that experience, even thought it is out of my way.

    I had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at an AutoZone, and it was entirely due to the manager, yohana. She was extremely rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional from the moment I tried to ask for help. She spoke with an attitude, showed zero interest in resolving my issue, and acted like I was wasting her time just by being there. As a manager, she should know how to speak to customers respectfully and handle situations calmly. Instead, she was unhelpful, impatient, and lacked even basic customer service skills. I left feeling frustrated and disrespected. AutoZone seriously needs to retrain or replace management like this, because behavior like hers drives customers away. I will not be returning to this location and would not recommend it to anyone who expects basic courtesy and professionalism. I went to this AutoZone to replace brakes and rotors that I purchased from AutoZone, and the manager, yohana, refused to help me. She told me I had to go back to the exact AutoZone location where I originally bought the parts, which makes absolutely no sense. AutoZone is a nationwide company. Parts bought at AutoZone should be replaceable at any AutoZone in the United States, not just one specific store. Instead of helping or even trying to explain properly, she brushed me off and told me to go somewhere else. Her attitude was rude, unprofessional, and dismissive. She didn’t want to help, didn’t want to check the system, and didn’t care about customer satisfaction at all. As a manager, this is unacceptable behavior. This experience wasted my time and left me frustrated. If this is how management treats customers, AutoZone needs to seriously step in. I will avoid this location and do not recommend it to anyone.

    Worked my way through college at Autozone and the way the manager here runs the store is not how we were trained. Its not just the basics, or even taking care of the customer, but she is straight up rude and indignant. She didnt want to hear anything or help in any way. Not sure how she got a grey shirt.

    Frist and for must ex zoner here. So ! went in to the store at 3000 northgate to got some brake cleaner and when i got to the the register to pay and was little perplexed. I seen who i assume is a manager behind the counter handling money out of uniform i.e. no autezone shirt no name tag and Had on what i guessing was a spaghetti string tank top. I know when I worked at the zone that would not have been tolerated i guess some standard have gone to the way side.
